exchanges and refunds


Exchanges can be requested, as long as the value of the item to be exchanged for is not higher than the original item. Please drop us an email at within 7 days from date of delivery and wait for our email acknowledgment. Exchange courier fees would have to be borne by the customer.

Please note that all exchanges are final, i.e. exchanged items cannot be exchanged again. 
Sales items are final, and not eligible for exchanges. 


We are unable to process any refunds unless you have received a defective or damaged product that is the last piece available. Should you have received a defective piece, please email us at with clear snapshots of the item and its defects within 7 days from date of delivery and wait for our email acknowledgement. 
  • If the item shows signs of normal wear and tear, it will not be considered defective and no refunds will be given. 
  • Manufacturing inconsistencies of 0.5" difference in our given measurements are not considered defects.  
  • Tableware - Each ceramic piece is carefully handmade and fired at high temperatures for durability. Because of this, there may be slight differences in size and colour between items due to the nature of the process. No two pieces are exactly alike and slight differences will not be considered a defect.
