About the Artist
Founded by Khun Nguan, Aoon Pottery is the pursuit of an engineer-turned-ceramicist who followed his calling in clay. Trained by master potters across Chiang Rai, Korea, and China, his practice balances discipline with grace. Each piece is shaped gently by hand, using natural Thai clay and earth-inspired glazes, then slowly fired over days of patient care. The result is pottery that feels warm and alive — objects made for daily use, inviting stillness, grounding, and the quiet beauty of living well.
